How do I try the service?
Very simple, just click on the Sign Up button of the toolbar to start your FREE trial.

Do you resell the data of members?
Nope! Like Apple, we care about user privacy. So we do not share or resell the data of users.

What type of membership options are available?
We offer two options. If you are a regular Mac user, just select MacZoom membership ($9 only, one-time purchase). If you are a Mac professional (consultants, experts, developers, owner of a service), select MacZoom Pro membership ($29 only, one-time purchase). You can only select a membership after creating an account.

The membership is a recurring subscription?
Nope. People don’t like recurring subscriptions. So any membership is only a one-time payment. It’s the only way to protect members from scammers and to guarantee the quality of the service.

I had a MacVitamin account. Do I need to create a new one?
YES. MacZoom is using a modern engine not compatible with MacVitamin accounts

How do I provide feedback?
There are two ways. If you installed the app, go to MacZoom menu and select Feedback option. Otherwise, you can always send an email to support@xproline.io

Do you offer a native app for Mac?

NOTE: requires macOS 11 or later versions.

Are you developing a version for iOS?
Not yet but we are investigating options. The service is fully optimized for responsive screens.

What type of payment options are you offering?
We fully support all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and we fully support Apple Pay, Apple Card. If you prefer to pay with PayPal, send us an email after creating an account.

Is the service fully compliant to European GDPR regulation and privacy laws?
YES. You can download your data at any time and you can also delete your account at any time.
