Does MacZoom is a free service?

Yes. MacZoom service is completely free and financed by Ads and some Partners.

I cannot login or I forgot my username or password. What I can do?

If you cannot login, check to make sure that your caps lock key is off. Your username and password are case sensitive.

If you forgot your password, you will see a link to reset your password on the login block.

Note to previous net4mac members: we were unable to import your old account so you need to create a new one.

Is my information kept private?

Absolutely. We do not share any personally identifying information about you to any third party.

How can I deal with someone that is bothering me?

If someone is bothering or harassing you, blocking them is usually the best solution. Select the activity menu to access your list of blocked members. If someone continues to harass you despite your efforts, you can report them by contacting us.

How can I make my profile private?

You can make your profile private at any time by visiting the Profile Privacy page.

How can I delete my account?

If you are absolutely sure that you want to delete your account, you can do so.

Please note that your account will be permanently deleted and irrecoverable!

Just edit your profile and you will see a link to do it.

How to become a partner?

Partners are important for us. They invest in the infrastucture and services of the website. As a reward, we allow them to put Ads on key parts of the website. If you want to become a partner and know our conditions, contact us!
